Genomic clones of SLG9 and SRK9, isolated from self-incompatible Brassica campestris, were separately introduced into tobacco plants. The presence of an SLG9-like transcript in SRK9 transformants indicated the possibility of alternative polyadenylation sites in the SRK9 gene.Brassica campestris L.
