Column Chromatographic Separation of Chlorophyllide {alpha} and Pheophorbide {alpha}

Chlorophyllide a, pheophorbide a, chlorophyll a and pheophytin a were separated in a short time by anion-exchange chromatography with a short column of DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B.
