Inhibition of coleoptile elongation by trisporic acids
Department of Biology, West Virginia University Morgantown, West Virginia 26506, U. S. A.
Trisporic acids (90% C) at concentrations of 0.2 to 0.8 mg/liter inhibited the auxin induced elongation of Avena coleoptile. Only slight inhibition was observed with no auxin present.
